Banoffee High-Protein Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS (1 serving)

 
FOR THE OATS:
  • 45g oats
  • 5g chia or flax seeds
  • 1 scoop of PAS banana 100% whey protein
  • 80ml almond milk
  • 50g Greek yoghurt

CARAMEL SAUCE:

  • 5g Peanut butter
  • 10g Maple syrup (lower sugar- Clarks)

TOPPINGS:

  • Caramel sauce (as above)
  • 30g Greek yoghurt
  • Banana slices (40g)
  • 2g 85% dark chocolate shavings

     

    DIRECTIONS

    1.Mix the ingredients listed under 'for the oats' in a bowl until well combined, place a lid or cling film over the bowl and keep in the fridge overnight.

    2.The following morning, make the caramel sauce by mixing the peanut butter and maple syrup together.

    3.Then top your oats with the caramel sauce, yoghurt, banana slices and chocolate shavings.
