Mint Chocolate High-Protein Overnight Oats

 INGREDIENTS

  • 45g oats
  • 5g chia of flaxseed
  • 1 scoop PAS 100% whey protein (chocolate coconut mint flavour)
  • 80ml almond milk
  • 50g Greek yoghurt

TOPPINGS:

  • 2g Cacao nibs
  • (or chocolate shavings)
  • Mint leaf (optional)

 

 

DIRECTIONS

 1.Mix together the ingredients in a bowl until well combined, place a lid or cling film over the bowl and keep in the fridge overnight.

2.The following morning top with cacao nibs and a mint leaf (optional).
