Strawberry High Protein Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g frozen Strawberry & banana mix (or frozen fruit of choice)
  • 1 heaped scoop PAS MGF-1 strawberry protein
  • 100ml coconut milk

TOPPINGS:

  • Berries
  • 2g 85% dark chocolate shavings

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

1.Add the frozen fruit, protein powder and milk (add gradually as you might not need as much milk depending on your choice of frozen fruit) to a food processer/powerful blender.

2.Pulse/ Blend until you have a thick, smooth consistency.

3.Transfer to a bowl and top with berries and chocolate shavings.

4.Grab a spoon and tuck in.
