Strawberry High Protein Smoothie Bowl

1.Add the frozen fruit, protein powder and milk (add gradually as you might not need as much milk depending on your choice of frozen fruit) to a food processer/powerful blender. 2.Pulse/ Blend until you have a thick, smooth consistency. 3.Transfer to a bowl and top with berries and chocolate shavings. 4.Grab a spoon and tuck in.
