MGF-1 is an advanced protein blend which has been formulated to allow athletes to meet their daily protein requirements. By combining protein sources to provide a sustained release of amino acids into the system MGF-1 becomes an idea option for use prior to sleep. MGF-1 can also be used as a great tasting high protein meal replacement shake during periods where the focus is fat loss. We don’t add carbs in as we leave that to the individual to decide if you want carbs based on the time of day etc, personally I would rather get my carbs from an apple or add a cup of oats into the shake and get better value from the protein.

DIRECTIONS

Mix 2 level scoops with 300 or 400ml cold water depending on preference for thickness consistency, shake well and enjoy. Try mixing with almond or coconut milk for a creamier tasting shake. Can use this for all 3
