Chocolate & Cherry Recovery Smoothie bowl

 INGREDIENTS (1 serving)

  • 150g frozen dark sweet cherries
  • 1 heaped scoop PAS MGF-1 protein (chocolate flavour)
  • 1 PAS cherry bomb sachet
  • 50ml Almond milk

TOPPINGS

  • Cherries/berries of choice
  • 2g 85% dark chocolate shavings

 

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Add the frozen fruit, protein powder, cherry bomb sachet and milk to a food processer/powerful blender.

2.Pulse/ Blend until you have a thick, smooth consistency.

3.Transfer to a bowl and top with berries and chocolate shavings.

4.Grab a spoon and tuck in.
