1.Pre heat oven to 180C fan and line a square brownie tin.
2.Sift the flour, protein powder, cocoa, stevia and bicarb in a large bowl, whisk to combine.
3.Melt the 70% dark chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave. Mix the coffee granules with hot water in a separate bowl and set aside to cool down.
4.In a separate bowl whisk the Greek yoghurt and milk until thick, add the coffee, melted chocolate and coconut oil and mix until well combined.
5.Add the wet and dry ingredients together, stir in 20g of the dark choc chips.
6. Add the brownie batter to your tin and add the remaining 5g of the choc chips to the top.
7.Bake for 20-25 mins, you want them nice and fudgy.
8.Leave to cool on a wire rack in the pan.
9.Slice into 9 squares and enjoy!
Notes: Store in an airtight container and keep in the fridge once fully cooled (best served cold). If you prefer them warm, you can warm them up for 15 seconds in the microwave.
