DESCRIPTION
AGF-1, Support Your training, Be Better
Is AGF-1 the final piece of the jigsaw? AGF-1 is used by elite athletes across the world to maximise athletic potential. However, it is essential to ensure the fundamentals are in place. Training hard, Eating Right, Hydration, Recovery and Sleep are the building blocks of an athletic lifestyle. Supplements including protein, creatine and Vitamin D are what we consider as first choice additions to the basics and will give you the next level of progression. Then CONSISTENCY is the key, doing the right thing 7 days a week for months is what is needed to see results. Only once all the previous is in place should you consider AGF-1.

Whether its increasing lean muscle, getting stronger, improving recovery then optimal hormonal profiles are vital for athlete’s performance.
AGF-1 quickly became our best-selling product. Initially we were one of the very first companies to bring D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) to UK market, for its testosterone boosting effects. It results in the brain releasing LH (luteinizing hormone), FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) and growth hormone. This can create a temporary rise in testosterone in men with test levels within a normal physiological range, but for those with low levels the benefits may last longer. However, we wanted a more complete formula to support testosterone levels and added the L-Carnitine L- Tartrate for its potential to increase the androgen receptor availability and reduce muscle soreness, Zinc is well accepted for its role in supporting testosterone function and then to modulate cortisol output we added Phosphatidyl Serine
Boron has been added to AGF-1 at a daily dose of 10mg, this safe but therapeutic level has been shown to significantly reduce Sex-Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) and after 7 days of supplementation this resulted in an increase in free testosterone. While further work is required to support these findings and the potential anti-oestrogen effect of Boron we feel it is a valuable addition to the AGF-1 formula.
AGF-1 is best taken
-During hypertrophy training phases - this can help increase muscle mass
-During times of injury - which can prevent muscle atrophy
-During times of intense competition when resistance training is minimal - this can help maintain muscle mass

DIRECTIONS/GUIDELINES
Practical guidelines for use based on experience:
Not for Use by Under 18s
Why – Short answer there should be no need as testosterone will be at a high level and therefore no likely no additional benefit will be seen. Focus on the basics of training right, eating right, sleeping well and doing this on a consistent basis.
Not For Female Athletes
Why ? In women, AGF-1 is more likely to increase oestrogen levels which is detrimental from an athletic performance perspective.
Does AGF-1 increase fertility?
Studies suggest that in infertile men DAA can increase testosterone, sperm mobility and conception rates. D-Aspartate, a Key Element for the Improvement of Sperm Quality, D’Aniello et al, 2012. Advances in sexual Healing
We have had feedback from multiple users who were struggling to conceive with their partners and seemed to have success following AGF-1 use.
We are not selling in for this purpose or making any claims But, we thought it wise to give you the heads up so you are aware.
To Cycle or Not?
Males Under 30s
Suggested use: 1 month on, 1 month off.
There is no negative feedback cycle of testosterone with AGF-1 use so in theory there is no need to cycle. However, as studies suggest the rise in testosterone from DAA is temporary for men with normal test levels, it may make sense to cycle 1-2 months on, one off.
However, when using with players and athletes I would always dictate use with the calendar, e.g. players will use for preseason blocks 4-6 weeks and also continually over a camp gain such as six nations or Lions Tour.
If you are on strict calorie deficit eating plan this can reduce test levels so use over the diet may be beneficial.
I have also used with good effect during injury times to try and maintain lean muscle combined with a high protein intake (3g per kg) and also with creatine and Omega 3.
